Pride Legacy Project was founded in 2006 by Tim Redfern and Justin Varney as a research and development project.
PLP is now a limited company and consultancy providing strategies to monitor and facilitate lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered and queer (LGBTQ) cultural representation & awareness in programming and policy making within creative & heritage arts sectors in London. We provide:
- Audience development, research & programming support for organisations in the area of of LGBTQ Cultural Awareness
- Diversity auditing & HR diversity awareness strategies for organisations
- Work with a stable of artists, venues and organisations to provide development
- Professional & Creative development for LGBTQ artists and arts professionals through Qulturelink network (launching mid 2008)
